Rewire Your Brain and Unstick Old Behaviors To Assist Your Goals Into Reality

brainfood-healthy-brainReading the book SUPER BRAIN by Deepak Chopra, MD and Rudolf E. Tanzi, Ph.D, I founds many parallels to the process that we created in The Quantum Olympics. One point that all of us can benefit from is how to break negative mind rituals and find an easier path to follow. It is difficult to Take Action and  Decide what your individualized expression, dreams or goals are in The Nine Step Performance Model if your undisciplined mind is running your life.

The book, SUPER BRAIN, recommends the following chart to  rewire the brain so that the brain is available to assist your  individualized essence, dreams and goals into reality  in the following ways:

How To Be Adaptable:

Stop repeating what never worked in the first place.

Stand back and ask for new solutions

Stop struggling at the level of the problem—the answer never lies there.

Work on your own stuckness. Don’t work on the other person.

When the old stresses are triggered, walk away.

See righteous anger for what it really is—destructive anger dressed up to sound positive.

Rebuild the bonds that have become frayed.

Take on more of the burden than you think you deserve.

Stop attaching so much weight to being right. In the grand scheme of things, being right is insignificant to being happy.

I would like to add a recommendation— be willing to fire yourself from old paradigms of thinking. This is a sure method to unstick old negative patterns of  being “you” in the world and commit to giving  positive feedback to new mapping of your new neuro network.
